Carolyn J. Soliday, age 62, of Kensington, Ohio died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 in University Hospital in Cleveland. She was born June 6, 2013 in Beaver Falls, PA to William and Pearl (Thompson) Cantwell. She was a stay at home mom for several years and worked at Nexpak Plastics in Canton for 7 years. She also attended New Vine Baptist Church in Malvern.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Soliday, Sr. who died Oct. 14, 2002; 3 brothers, Bill, Roger and Jimmy Cantwell.

She is survived by a daughter Carla (William) Smalley with whom she resided; 4 sons, Walter Soliday, Jr. of Kensington, Charles (Dawn) Soliday of Houtzdale, PA, Brian (Christina) Soliday of Rootstown, Brad (Rebekah) Soliday of Minerva; a sister, Mary Cantwell of Minerva; a brother, Robert Cantwell of East Palestine; 13 grandchildren, Christopher and Seth Soliday, Junior and Whitney Soliday, Wayne, Kurtis, Lindsey and Andrea Thompson, Katlyn Smalley, Zachary and Zander Soliday, Dane Ault and Drew Soliday.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 2, 2013 in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Steve Gilreath officiating. Burial will be in Quaker Ridge Cemetery.
