Carla L. Hamilton

Age 69, of Minerva, died peacefully in her sleep on February 10, 2019. She was born in Canton on January 12, 1950 to Carl and Frances (Coldsnow) Miller. She graduated from Minerva in 1968. She worked for AVI Food Systems in the cafeteria in PCC Airfoils. She attended Bayard United Methodist Church, and was a member of Wellsville Eagles, Wellsville Moose and the VFW AUX #4120 in Minerva.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Hamilton who died November 15, 2018. She is survived by 2 sisters, Darla (Butch) Jarvis of Bayard, Paula (Preston) Bentley of Malvern; a brother, Dennis (Linda) Miller of Minerva, a stepdaughter, Mona (John) Cunningham of Atwater; 2 stepsons, Robert Carney of MD, Eric (Kim) Hamilton of Cleveland; 8 step grandchildren and 2 step great-granddaughters.

A memorial service will be held Friday at 6:00 pm at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home. Friends may call 4-6 pm prior to the memorial service.
