Brett W. Douglas
Age 54, of East Rochester, died Tuesday, July 1, 2014 in Port Charlotte, FL. He was born July 27, 1959 in Akron to Eleanor (Cromis) Douglas of Uniontown and the late Donald Douglas. He retired from the Timken Company where he was a welder.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Christine (Porter) Douglas whom he married April 3, 1982, 2 daughters, Morgan and Kelsey Douglas and a son, Colin Douglas all of the home, 2 sisters, Sandy (Michael) Ryan of Bay Village and Peggy (James) Lloyd of Hernando, MS, 2 brothers, Scott Douglas of Jacksonville, FL and Craig (Sue) Douglas of Hartville.
Funeral services will be Monday at 7:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Rev. Joseph Ertl officiating. Calling hours will be 2 hours prior to services on Monday from 5-7pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc.
