Bonnie J. Higdon

Age 78, of Malvern, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021 in the Arbors of Minerva. She was born July 28, 1942 in Akron to Earl and Thelma Gentner. She was a homemaker and member of the Minerva Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. She graduated from St. Mary's Catholic School in Akron.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Higdon in 2018 and a sister, Jerri Hoppe. She is survived by 3 daughters, Lisa Scherpenisse of Malvern, Shelly (Doug) Reynolds of Avon, Pam (Ivo) Araujo of Malvern, brother, Robert (Liz) Hopkins of Sarasota, FL and 5 grandchildren.

Following cremation, a Zoom Funeral will be held on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021 at 2:30 pm.  A video tribute will precede the funeral at 2:20 pm.
