Barbara A. Harvey

Age 66, of East Liverpool and formerly East Rochester, died Monday, May 23, 2022 in the East Liverpool Hospital. She was born Oct. 17, 1955 in Salem to the late Raymond and Margaret (Rush) Kessler.  She retired from Summitville Tile.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Harvey in 1993.  She is survived by 2 sons, David Harvey of East Liverpool, Billy (Abbie) Criner of Dover; 2 sisters, Paula (Keith) Tice of Salineville, Ellen (Mike) Pastore of Salineville; 2 brothers, Robin (Pam) Kessler of East Liverpool, Gordon (Sherry) Kessler of Salineville; and 5 grandchildren.

A graveside service was held in Quaker Ridge Cemetery with John Brown officiating.
