Barbara Jean (Galay) Burwell

age 64, of Bolivar, passed away, Friday, March 31, 2023 in Aultman Compassionate Care Center from ovarian cancer. She was born May 31, 1958 in Canton to Myron and Charlyn (Mick) Galay. Barb graduated from Aultman School of Professional Nursing and was employed at Aultman Hospital until her retirement in 2017 after 37 years of service.

She is survived by her husband Brad of 43 years, mother, Charlyn Kulla of Malvern; sister, Lorraine of Lakeland, FL; brother, Dave Galay of Minerva and many in-laws, nieces, nephews and good friends. She is preceded in death by her maternal and fraternal grandparents, father, and brother, Jeff.
