Arthur Worley Jr., age 89, of Malvern, and formerly Weslaco, TX, died Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014 in Mercy Medical Center.  He was born June 18, 1924 in Alliance to Arthur and Mary (Greenawalt) Worley Sr. He was a bricklayer and member of Bricklayers Local #6 in Canton.  He is a US Navy Veteran of WWII and lifetime member of the American Legion Post #166 in Alliance.

He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Zella (Edwards) Worley whom he married Aug. 28, 1948; 2 daughters, Karla (David) Mazzi of Warren and Amy McCombs of Guilford Lake; 2 sons, Douglas (Connie) Worley of Hudson, FL and Donald (Cheryl) Worley of Malvern; brother-in-law, Walter Kesterke of Alliance; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by a sister, Mary Florence Kesterke; and a brother, Donald Worley.
