Arlene Starkey
Age 77 of Minerva died Tuesday August 21, 2012 in Mercy Medical Center. She was born Aug. 8, 1935 in Prichard, WV to Millard and Nancy (Ellis) Stith. She graduated from Minerva High School and retired from World Omni Toyota in Florida.
She is preceded in death by her husband, David Starkey who died in 1992, a daughter, Renee Starkey, son, Michael Starkey, 5 brothers; Elbert, Haskell, Lester, Denver and Millard Stith, a grandson, Shaun Morrison and son-in-law, Moe Morrison. She is survived by 3 daughters; Connie Morrison of Minerva, Lisa (Ted) Blackburn of Minerva and Denise Buehler of Hilliard, sister, Maxine Mingus of Minerva, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held Friday at 1pm in Robertsville Cemetery with Chaplain Larry Karlen officiating. Calling hours will be held from 11 am to 1 pm prior to services at the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva.
