Arissa "Mo" Shupe

Age 27, of Barberton, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 14,2024 at Aultman Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born April 9, 1997, in Massillon. She graduated from Edison High School in 2015 and received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Kent State University in 2018. She works as a Volunteer Coordinator for Townhall II in Kent.

She is survived by her husband, Lukas Shupe whom she married April 27, 2019, her mother and stepfather, Amber and Nick Fazekas of Richmond, father, Marvin McClaskey of Mechanicstown, grandparents, Carl and Faye Dennis of MInerva, 2 sisters, Paisley Fazekas of Richmond, Lillie Fazekas of Richmond, paternal grandmother, Mary Jo McClaskey of Mechanicstown, mother-in-law and father in-law Tammy and Dave Shupe of Berlin Heights, grandparents-in-law, Alma Shafer, of Norwalk, Betty and Glen Shupe of Berlin Heights,  2 sisters-in-law, Brittany (Tim) Moyer, of Cuyahoga Falls, Amanda (Justin) Frank of Greytown, best friends, Dan and Shianne Shomper of Bedford and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Chris Davis officiating. Calling hours will be Monday from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
