Obituary
Alice E. Howard, age 75, of Minerva, died Thursday, September 13, 2012 in her home. She was born Feb. 23, 1937 in Carrollton to Martin and Ina (Wood) Maple. She retired from General Telephone in Minerva and Mobile Consultants in Alliance. She graduated from Carrollton High School in 1955.
She is survived by a daughter, Justine Ann Bair of N. Canton; 3 sons, James R. Howard Jr. of Robertsville, Jason (Leisa) Howard of Minerva and John (Jan) Howard of Magnolia; 7 grandchildren, Jennifer (Matt) Cunningham, Joshua (Tracy) Howard, Jacob (Heidi) Bair MD, Ashley (Michael) Hadjba and Jessica Howard, David Bair and Christian Bair; 5 great grandchildren, Justin, Charity and Aria Howard and Alysa Sellars and Ellis Alexander Bair.
She is preceded in death by a brother, Martin Maple, Jr.
Her wishes included cremation with no formal services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carroll County Humane Society.
