Alberta Mae Passmore

Age 73, of Minerva, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday September 26, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 17, 1945 in Berlin Center, OH to Albert and Sylvia (Smith) Arkenburgh. She was a homemaker and loved being a wife, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd E. Passmore, Sr., who died in 2016; 2 sons, Floyd Passmore, Jr., George Albert Passmore; 3 sisters, Barbara Mingus, Sylvia Norton, Juanita Davidul; 2 brothers, Eugene Arkenburgh, Albert Arkenburgh; a grandson, Thomas Joe Lawson and a great grandson, Jonathon Passmore;

She is survived by a daughter, Kristina (Matthew) Small of Uhrichsville; 2 sons, Timothy (Jennie) Passmore of Columbiana, Thomas (Tracy) Passmore of Minerva; a sister, Nancy (Charles) Elkins of Waynesburg; 3 brothers, Melvin (Jean) Arkenburgh of Minerva, Raymond (Annie) Arkenburgh of Carrollton, David (Kay) Arkenburgh of Alliance; 12 grandchildren, Ashley, Floyd III, Misty, Amber, Adam, Abigail, Andrew, Brittany, Alexandria, Zackery, Melissa, and Maria; 9 great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jasmine, Alina, Michael, Emily, Travis, Nichole, Tyler, Alonzo and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be will be Saturday at 12:00 pm in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home with Raymond Arkenburgh officiating. Burial will be in Quaker Ridge Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Friday, 5-8 pm and Saturday, 2 hours prior to the service. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Shruti Trehan and Autlman Oncology. And a special-special thanks to Nurse, Kelly; Aide, Collette; Chaplain, Kathleen; Aultman Hospice and Woodlawn Compassionate Care.
