Ada R. Davis
Age 92, of Minerva, died Sat., Oct. 22, 2016 in the Arbors of Minerva. She was born June 10, 1924 in Minerva to Hershel and Mildred (Hewitt) Spore. She was a housewife and co-owner of Tri-County Storage. She is a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in New Franklin.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Harold Davis who died Oct. 9, 2015, a daughter, Lee Ann Davis, sister, Ruth Nihart and a brother, Lauren "Dutch" Spore. She is survived by 2 sons, Larry Davis of Atlanta, GA , Jan Davis of Minerva, sister, Judy Goodell of Mogadore and a granddaughter, Abby Davis of Canton.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 11:00 am in the Gotschall-Hutchison Funeral Home in Minerva with Pastor Joseph Ertl officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday 5-7 pm in the funeral home.
